tadulala and nero have signed for bradford

march brothers have been linked with barrow and halifax

robbie paul will probably retire and go into tv work

and didnt we try and sign nathan mcavoy last season before he went to wigan? maybe a good singing to replace steve maden who looks likely to leave?

Maden can't sign for anyone until September. However a move to Leigh would be a step back in his career

i have to disagree there monte, unfortunately, unlike ourselves, leigh are signing a few good players in rediness for next season, they are to move to a new ground and obviously harbour thoughts, ideas and are showing ambitions of wanting to return to SL,

us however we just plod along making very little attempt to attract any names to the recre

i still say we should be going all out to sign robbie paul, but i know it wont happen

What's the point in pushing the boat out next year when there will be no automatic promotion due to the Franchise issue?

So who's going to sign these players. Surely our board aren't going to pick the players we sign for next season, that job should be up to our coach who hasn't been told whether he's going to be here yet. Until that's sorted out surely we're not going to sign players.

Thats  the  major  problem.  If  DR  is  not  wanted  then  any  new  coach  that  does  come  in  will  probably  find  most  decent  NL1  players  already  taken  up.  At  least  if  DR  is  offered  a  new  contract  he  can  start  making  preperation's  for  next  season.
