The 'bull' recieved a 2 match ban  tonight and a 100 pound fine. Only a grand final appearance will see him wear the CBG again.

On a more worrying note, Sean Lunt recieved a 4 match ban for biting despite a testimonial from the opposition player statng that he was not bitten.
The RL accused both of misplaced loyalty and punished Lunt...disgrace   you bet it is... on both counts.

Thanks Bull for 2 great years

Dispite taking into account his exemplary record.  Remember the Bulls player who got 3 games then has them all wiped off on appeal because of his previous exemplary record.  Lets see what happens to Bull.  He deserves better than this wipe it out and lets the guy play out his career on the pitch. >:( >:(

The sending off was on the intervention of the touch judge and there may have been video evidence - I'd await the full verdict which is usually put on the RFL site before jumping to conclusions

Hearing for him moved to the 25th for some reason.

Rivett's season is over so it doesn't matter when his hearing is as long as it's before next season

The incident happened within 2 yards of the touchline right in front of a large contingent of York fans and they were as amazed as anyone when the TJ ran on the field.    This was Mr Leahy's right hand man who apparently couldn't see punches thrown by the opposition within 4 yards of him!!!!

Tanni Lavulavu got no ban after being sent off by Mr Leahy at Swinton for a high tackle.
