I was talking to someone, who was a friend of his dads work mate, who lives 5 doors down from a guy he use to train with, he said he as definitely bought a house at sandwith? ::)

the man who delivers pizza's to his auntie told me that  she told him that Gardner along with Lupton were buying a plot of land, so it definetly must be true
