only thing that will happen is more fly tipping . and u have to put pad lock on bin to stop others useing it . just another way to screw more money out of us

Agree with you 100% , the roads outside W/haven are littered with rubbish from fly tippers.  All that will happen is that people will tip there rubbish into other peoples bins.

If you look on the side of your black bin you will see an unqiue number and there is already a computer chip in the bin ! I know as we do work for the company which makes the weighing system
