des and john reed step down

in comes

gordon grace    chairman
billy rudd          hospitlity director
barry richardson finance director
mike graham  who owns GM supplies

not sure if des still remains on the BOD but John reed doesn,t

a big thanks should go out to Des even if not everyones choice of chairman he has done his best to guide the club through 3 tough years on and off the pitch , on the pitch an increase in full time teams has seen us struggle to compete for players due to inflated wages and this has shown in our league position , off the feild the on going saga of the ground which seems to have more red tape than an american election .The one thing was he always mucked in down there and could be visible doing things on match days etc etc which is more than can be said for some

thanks for all your effort Des
THE MULLET IS BACK

As someone who now lives outside the area, can anyone tell me who Gordon Grace is & what he can bring to the chairman's role.

Like the sound of this Gordon Grace bloke appears to have the background to get things moving in the right direction.  Excellent to have BR back on the board  Both appointments will bring stability, business sense and much needed maturity to the board.

If the current board have been guilty of financail mismanagement why are they being allowed to stay on>

A number of them have previous for mismangeing the club, how many bites of the cherry.?

How far can Des it al have dropped the baby.  Attendances were not that bad lst year and we had some lucrative fixtures in the NRC Challenge cup and Playoffs.  Surely they can not have taken their eye off the ball so much?

Rumours of players getting reduced contracts.  Bod should clarify that one asap as it will ruin our season before it has even started>
