You'd be better off to sticking to one of the hotels in town, probably just as good / cheap as the Travelodge and also no need for a taxi at end of night.
On second thoughts, best bet is just to go to the local 'nite-spot' by the name of Gallaghers after getting tanked up in Wetherspoons. Unless you've got two heads or some limbs missing you'll probably end up with a free bed somewhere for the night.
