can any1 tell me how to get a pic up for my avator, im a bit thick!!!

1) Click on the 'Profile' link at the top of the site

2) Click on 'Forum Profile Information'

3) Ensure the 'I will upload my own picture:' option is selected and use the box provided to browse to your image on you computer

4) Click 'Change Profile' at the bottom of the page
