Wonder what the attendances, do you think the crowd will be comparable with the old boxing day clashes or a more sparsely attended affair?

I really hope the jambos bring a few to the Recre this year (which i doubt on the back of last years performances in the bottom division).  When away fans sing at the Recre it gets the sometimes quiet home support going!

I fear that there won't be a great number coming from Town.    I have spoken to a number of people who I would have expected to be going but they have said "No".    I think having it on a Friday evening is going to prove a downer, probably should have been held on Boxing Day afternoon instead.

I'll be very suprised if there is a big gate for Friday's match.  The weather sounds as if its going to be rubbish which always puts of a few off.  Also I can't see many Townies making the short trip.  If you remember the National Rail game at Derwent Park last season, when the teams took to the park it was obvious that there weren't many home fans in the ground.

With the weather as it is at the moment and the lack of away support i cant see there being more than 1500 - 1800 at the Recre today.. An awful lot of Haven supporters who ive spoken to this week arent to fussed about this game and see it as a forgon conclusion. Mud is a great leveller though but i still i fully expect Haven to win by 20 even in a mudbath.

Lets just get through this one with our squad unscathed lads eh, the last thing we want is a repeat of last seasons NRC injury fest.

1,964 (I think) was the figure given out but it took about 3 or 4 people to decipher it so I may be wrong.   What a pity it wasn't moved to Boxing Day when I posted a message 20 odd days ago about the storms that were expected around today, there would have been over 4,000.

Crowd  given  out  as  just  over  1900  but  I  have  to  say  I  thought  it  was  nearer  2500.

Kells  end  was  pretty  full  as  was  the  B & H stand.
There  must  have  been  at  least  150+  who  braved  the  elements  on  the  popular  side......god  bless  them !!!
