who said macca wont sign? was talkin to a hensingham player at work yesterday who is mates with scott! craig is training and does want to sign! just see how his stint training with them goes!

probs play a few int academy see how it goes.

I think we do.  When Leroy retires and Aaron Smith moves to a different club (which will happen, given his ability and distance from Whitehaven), we'll need two players good enough to fill the two shirts at 6 and 13 (i.e. him and Rudd).  Yeah it's not a second-row we might be signing, but why object to the idea of adding good local players (regardless of position) to our squad?

if aaron was going to move to a different club he would have done it by now marra he wouldnt have sighned at 2 yr deal with option for more if he didnt no the traveling distance

i think craigs best position is loose fwd. he is a work horse in attack and defence. hes fast and creative. so in my opinion .its a big yes get him signed on

I'd be surprised if he stayed for any longer than those two years.  We need to plan for the future either way.
