i heard today that  there will be donkey rides round workington with special stops to sample the local delicacy  jam butties with the donkeys graceing on that old waste land donkey park  :-*

The only time Bazza you will see Town thrash Haven is on your old VHS video tapes or maybe some old cinefilm projector in black & white.

how did you know i  still had a vhs,i often play towns trophy winning matches on the old tapes.but i get a bit bored with having to watch so many of them ,and all them cups i have to clean in the boardroom.ps.tea cups between you and me chris.take care my friend :P :P :P :P :P :P :P ;D

It must have cost a fortune to get the old silent black and white film put onto  VHS. Wasn't it recently on Border TV's The way we used to live before electricity you know the town cup game.

Anyways it isn't the winning itn the taking part that matter ya big bully

Cheers pal,

I'm a little gutted this weekend its my turn to travel to Leeds, but after looking at the pies squad it isn't to bad. Anyways me and miss monte are off to york tomorrow for a **** up

A little birdie tells me that your new ground has a couple of snags and there is some issues over who gets the advertsing boards, beer money etc.

 Although the draft drawings of the ground look quite good, shame that the ground will never get full up unless Haven are visiting  ;D
