I see Havens friend, Mr R Laughton is the ref for this game

Would seem the RFL would like to make sure that Millward, Robbie Paul and the LSV are not i Championship 1 next year

In the past 6 or 7 years Leigh have beaten us in every single big game I can remember. Grand Final, NRC Semi, Challenge Cup, Play Offs and given the importance of the game to them I just think they will do it again, I pray I'm wrong though.

Sorry to all the optimists but i think Leigh have too much to play for and given their league position Ged will be unable to encourage the boys to be up for the game and so I predict a victory for Leigh and I also think we will be fortunate to get a bonus point
If it's a girl they're naming her Sigourney after an actress, if it's a boy the 're naming him Rodney after Dave

Yes, but that wasn't a BIG game, first round of the play offs. We do often beat them in the smaller games.

Ged needs them fired up but he has to get the message across to cut out the pens. If we can do that and not give Laughton a chance to murder us I think we can go on and win. If however we play dumb like we tend to on our travels then my monies on Leigh.

Think/hope that we will be fired up for this one (league status depends on us getting a win), we should be at full strength also................. will go for a hard fought Leigh win.

Can't decide which is the biggest threat to haven gaining a win.

the three threats are :
1.Leigh themsleves
2.Haven's often pathetic commitment to the cause
3.Laughton

1.... Leigh will certainly be fired up for it
2.....For some Haven players, we have little to play for, we are in the play offs
3.....Laughton will certainly murder us with penalties .. he ALWAYS does.

Any betting man (self inc) will sum up all three accounts and put the money firmly on Leigh ...... the only positive factor you should take in is that whenever I bet on haven I lose, and when ever I take the opposition I lose.
