There seems to have been a mass mess up with these tickets. I phoned to request a family ticket and was told I need a voucher from my little girl which she gets thru school. She didn't recieve one but when she went to dance practice last night for the half time dance at the match on Thursday they were told by a Whitehaven official that every child dancing will gain free entry along with one free adult. This was because they expected the adults to pay to wait until half time n then get their kids after the dance. A mother apparently said no and either whitehavenwould have to watch all the kids or entry was free. Loads more money lost through incapable members of staff. Wot a load of shambles
