did ron mcgarry ex reds centre forward ever play proffesional rugby league for whitehaven.

ron mcgarry was born in whitehaven december 5th 1937, he played football for workington,bolton,newcastle,barrow and gateshead. then managed gateshead in 1973 before my time i got this information of google. he never played rugby league for haven :nod: :nod: :nod:
born and bred haven.

he now lives in Newcastle. Does anyone has his contact details so I could contact him? He came from the same street as myself at Greenbank.

You should try his brother Raymond he still lives at Greenbank or his son Ronnie ( gegs )

hi. Thanks for the info.  However, I am living in Manchester and have no means of info in contacting Raymond whom I knew very well. At what address does he lives? Valley View Road?
