difficult game for both sides conditions shocking, salford were a big side and started as though they would run away with it but kept making handling errors. at 16-0 at half time it looked all over but our lads came out second half and dug in clawing back ten points and at times where throwing it about ok till that final pass.bearing in mind the conditions well done to both sides, nice to see alan hunt up this neck of the woods too 
our players couldnt get in the town team you,ve gotta be kidding.theres plenty town players i hope dont wear the chocbluegold.

ok,he got stuck in and made a couple of strong runs,deffo worth another look, big lad.
our players couldnt get in the town team you,ve gotta be kidding.theres plenty town players i hope dont wear the chocbluegold.

it was a good test for the lads, against a very big and strong team, but got punish for to many mistakes but came back in second half. stand out players were Wilton s.fox and farrer who should have been in first team best player at oldham by far, good luck for the new season.   :)
