who is your favourite player ever??

i am only 16 n been watching haven play since i was young and my favourite player ever was david seeds i just think he is awesome i think he will be missed when he retires.

although they r all good players but the player who has hit me over the last 2 years i have come to like duffy as i fink he is a tribute to the club
and also i have to say i like matty as he has realy made the game a game to watch

In the time i have spent watching Haven the most talented i have ever seen was Clayton Friend. The man was a genius, and only played for Haven in the twilight of his career. No doubt the OAPs on the forum will talk of JJ McKeown,Bill McAlone,Dick Huddart,Eppie Gibson and John Tembey. I never seen those blokes play, i did see another Immortal in Boxer Walker, but i would rate Clayton above him .

Agree  there  marra.  Best  player  I've  seen  in  30  yrs  supporting  the  Haven

He  was  so  good  infact  he  could  get  blitzed  on  a  saturday  night,  get  banged  up for  drunk  and  dissorderly  and  still  do  the  business  on  a  Sunday  afternoon.
