a enjoyable game to watch, whitehaven's forwards laid the foundation to the good win with some bone crunching tackles on the plucky york team, when in possession the home teams backs threw the ball about which was a pleasure to watch resulting in some lovely tries being scored but the highlight of the game was the outstanding performance by tyrone dalton especially when he ripped the ball from a york player and scored under the posts, he surely now must be knocking on the door for a first team game imo.

I thought the score was 46 - 18.  Didn't think they had missed any of their kicks???

Well done lad's. A great performance by all.

They missed the kick on the third try from the touch line in injury time. We give their number 4 enough stick when he was taking it after he had been gobbing off all game and trying to provoke cook

Thanks for that paulrl66.

Does anybody know the outcome of Michael Lithgow's injury?  I heard it may be a suspected broken ankle. I hope not and wish him a speedy recovery whatever the injury.

Mike Lithgows injury is a badly sprained ankle, went over on it in a divet on the pitch. No serious damage.
