What would your 17 be for Donny?

Personally, I would stick with the same starting 13 as in the Blackpool game. The only change I would make is to replace Joe with Lester on the Reps Bench.

HavenChamps 2005:

Ford? - surely a knockout game in the Challenge Cup isn't the right sort of game to blood a youngster.

Admittedly wouldn't have Joe on bench, but would plump for Lester and his experience and leadership skills

I'll  go  along  with  that  although  it  would  be  nice  to  see  Ford  get  a  runout  in  the  1st  team  at  some  point.

no calvert ?

no, can be a prolific try scorer i know, but sorry he just doesnt do enough for me, feel john lebbon is a better defender and a better positional player than craig,

dont get me wrong if calvert gets a sniff there is no catching him, but he dont get too many sniffs these days!
just think its worth playing lebbon in this game

For calvet to get a sniff lol he needs fed the ball. if he gets the ball and theres a gap theres a try. He,s still a lad and i think he,s comen on well.He gets the points and thats what matters ;)
I donno why theres anti calvs id rather him at Haven than Town !!!!

i wouldnt exactly class myself as an anti calv!!! ??? :o
i just happen to think lebbon deserves a chance, he was playing brill last season when calvert was out the team and then was dumped for craig which was unfair on the lad
i dont think there is a better finisher in the squad than calvert, but unfortunatley in my opinion, he runs the ball out of defence too sideways for me, and i still say john lebbon is better under a high ball than craig,

if me laddio can rotate his hookers then why not give a lad who has never let us down a chance on the wing?
