The testimonial season for Fats Aaron and Leroy will run from May 1st 2007 to April 30th 2008.  These 3 lads deserve a fantastic testimonial for the time and effort and passion they have put into the Haven shirt.  The first event will be 'An evening with Fats Aaron and Leroy'  on Friday May 11th in the J J McKeown bar at 7.30. Compare will be John Cox who will interview the lads on their rugby career's at Haven and thier time before.  There will be a comedian Gary Skyner (not Ged).  Tickets are on sale at Unique Sports cost ?10 including entry to a raffle to win one of 25 special edition shirts.  There will also be a raffle and auction.  Get your tickets early as this event is limited to the first 150 people.  If demand is forthcomming then we would look at a bigger venue.
Look out  future events including a night with Barry McDermott and Terry O'Connor on Saturday 26th May in the Marchon club and the testimonial brochure, plus a possible game against a Super League team next year.

Will the raffle tickets be available to buy for those unfortunate souls who cant make the nights?
If it's a girl they're naming her Sigourney after an actress, if it's a boy the 're naming him Rodney after Dave

sounds like a great year ahead for the lads well done they deserve it ill be there hopefully
our players couldnt get in the town team you,ve gotta be kidding.theres plenty town players i hope dont wear the chocbluegold.

what might the chances be of getting stacey jones to make an appearance at this do,he is related to one of the boys (leroy it hink)
obviously it would depend on when the dragons are traveling over for the cup game,but im sure everyone who is attending would relish the chance to meet him.
i remember last time he was here, had a good crack with him at a gallachers lock in. ;D ;D ;D
