We Need Props!

After last nights game it is now even more apparent that we need to recruit 2 old fashioned props. Team are wise to this and are looking to steam roller us with size. It's great having props who can play a full 80 minutes but they need to be complemented with a couple of blockbusters to lead us down the centre of the field.

That's exactly what we need - someone who will play 10-15 mins a half and strike fear into the hearts of the opposition. Every team needs at least one, especially in this division. You can predict Town's gameplan already. They'll try and run over the top of us for 20 minutes in front of a territorial kicking game then start using Thackary to off load in the tackle with people running at the gaps he creates when we start to tire.

We must have one of the smallest front rows in all 3 divisions.

problem is with only 10 interchanges now this could work against you, big ginge is prime example , good player in short burst of 10/15 mins.But to use him twice in a game means using 3/4 of your 10 interchanges which isn't too bad now but in summer when its hot you could run out of subs very easily

Its not just props we need, last nights game showed that we lacked a leader play maker, Hunslet had 2 - 3 players Helliwell, Marsh, who could make things happen for the rest of the team to play off.

Was there last night marsh was excellent for them and the big half back was a hand full too it the cracs right about greseque that would be the type of leader we need
