Lets face it whoever the coach is next year we will have a hard time of it.
For me the most essential thing that we need is a coherant team that works together for each other and for the good of the club, Sport is littered with teams that have lost the team ethic and failed, Fetherstone in the Challenge cup this year were an excellent example of how far teamwork attitude and work can get you, we will need that type of attitude and commitment to be competetive next term.
I am unsure how we will be able to succede if (as has been reported) the team will only meet up once a week for training and will any coach worth his salt want to take up the reins on that basis ?
