Same problems for me sometimes can and sometimes can't.....drives me insane.

I still have problems - again can access via iPhone but not from desktop.  Cache had been cleared but it still took me over an hour to access from desktop

After yet more correspondence with the hosts, they have admitted that there is an issue and are trying a couple of things to fix it. They've made some changes and want to know if people are still experiencing difficulties. Please could you report back...

If you are still having issues and you're on a PC, it would be useful if you could ping the server and let me know the results.

Here are the instructions you need to ping - http://www.wikihow.com/Ping-an-IP-Address

The command you need to use in the console window is - ping www.havenfans.co.uk

That's good Cran Cran, if it's working for you ok then no need to ping. Was speaking to the hosts late last night and they finally admitted that the DNS zones were incorrectly set up and that they've now 'apparently' fixed them.
