Just thinking about this a bit more...

So the BoD have pledged to buy 20k of shares. Which equates to 4% of total shares available. But if they are the only people to buy shares is that in effect, 100% of the club? So if I simply bought more shares than that 4% do I own the club?

Is there a time length on the share issue? Is there a cut off at some stage?
