Whitehaven Rugby League are delighted to announce that the club has agreed and secured a partnership with Carlsberg UK.
Not only will this 3-year partnership see Carlsberg UK become the clubs new bar supplier, which will enhance the offerings at the bar, see signage placed in the Recreation Ground but from next season the Carlsberg brand will also be on the clubs shirt.
Carlsberg are also kindly sponsoring a fantastic offering at the ground over this coming weekend. More details of this will follow over the next 24 hours.
The club would like to thank Carlsberg UK for their support and assistance during negotiations and can inform fans that this 3-year partnership is valued well into five figures.

Amazing who ever even thought of the idea, let alone pull it off.  I would hope that all supporters now forget about the past and get behind the club unconditionally.

Such a brilliant read after the last several weeks of uncertainty.

fantastic effort to all concerned,now lets hope all the doom mongers out there (and on this site) get behind the team and bod.this sponsorship is just the beginning, we still NEED people through the gate's,the team deserve all our support the performance's that they are putting in week in week out while down to the bare bones.
