ason Mossop is in line for his 300th career appearance as Gary Charlton has announced his 19 man squad for Saturday afternoon's clash vs Hunslet. Mossop signed for his hometown club back for the 2018 season after spending majority of his career at neighbours Workington Town. He has so far made 45 appearances for Whitehaven. Mossop has also had spells at Castleford, Doncaster, Batley and Sheffield.
The squad has been boosted with the return of Brett Phillips who returns from injury and Dave Thompson who returns after missing the Doncaster game through suspension. Jordan Burns retains his place in the squad despite being sent off versus Doncaster after receiving a 0 match penalty notice. Dropping out of the 19 man squad is Dion Aiye and Jake Bradley.
