whitehaven rugby league  are delighted to announce a gentlemans evening in the j.j.mckeown bar at lel arena with paul charlton compered by howard nicholson on friday 28th october.
father of our own director of rugby gary charlton paul represented great britain and england as well as workington, salford, blackpool and cumbria in a career that span three decades.
compered by the fantastic howard nicholson it promises to be a fantastic night of rugby league tales.

speaking with gary charlton yesterday he was telling me that mike stevo stephenson brian lockwood dennis oniel will be in attendance for the paul charlton night they played in the world cup winning team with paul. ray dutton peter roe and other local players and internationals are also coming so promises to be a great night. message and get your tickets just £10

A cracking night last night at the Paul Charlton night great crack with Mike stevo Stephenson Brian Lockwood Dennis oniel Paul Charlton and other legends in the room.
Around 150 in attendance the club needs more night's like this and hopefully more to
