cast your minds back ,,when baldwin played for leigh he always caused us problems,,made some good forward runs coming in on the angles,,i know he's 32,,but we've only signed him until the end of the season,,imo we need him,,andi hope he wears the haven shirt with pride during his short stay,,,,,

The least we should do is give the bloke a chance!!!

Lets not start knocking him before he has even picked up a ball. On the surface of it some people may think that its a bad move, but surely we can't condem the guy before we have seen what he can do.

I look forward to seeing him trample over Watene on Sunday ;D

I simply don't understand some of you guys who post on here.
Two weeks ago we were finished as a team, washed up and in need of a new team and coach. (Forwards in particular)
Last week at Widnes proved how little that lot knew.
Now we sign a vastly experienced prop to support our end of season run in and the knockers have another go.
Rotherham and the BOD know what they are doing to give us the best chance of securing third place and a chance in the play-offs.
We needed an extra prop all year, and now we've got one. Celebrate and get behind him and the team.
Forwards win games and the backs performance determins how many points the win is by .
Experience in the front row is essential. Baldwin has loads of it.......just watch him show how wrong the 'nay sayers' are.

All you can do is give everyone a fair crack of the whip when they sign.
Any player can have a bad game at anyyime so we need to give him a few games to show what he's like.
If he's not up to it, then we can vent our spleens at him and DR.

His problem at Rochdale may have been not playing with decent enough players.
Give him a chance to start with.

I`ll second that give the lad a chance
when he had his bad games he might have been carrying knocks
at least he`ll add a bit of beef to the pack

The thing is will he knit in, and how long may it take, We can not knock him until we see him in action can we.
He might be the best thing since sliced bread, time will tell if he is a good signing or not?
