Seems to have really deteriorated this season.

We seem to rarely get any post match interviews with Jonty theses days.  They are probably more important after a defeat like yesterday .

It would be good to know what we are trying to do regarding brining in reinforcements.  The forwards are generally holding their own but we are really struggling in the backs.  There are better back lines in the amature league than we are able to put out at the moment.

You need to stop being so negative marra. Due to issues they missed half of pre season training and everybody knows the coin isn't there to break the bank for top players . And after all that we've still made our best start in the last 3 seasons . I'll leave it at that

Keighley have put out at least three post match interviews since yesterday's game.  We don't even get the thoughts of our coach on a disappointing home defeat.  If the club wants fans to engage they have to make an effort.

Am not critising the players I think with the squad we have we have overachievwd this year.   Whether they can do enough over the season to stay up without addional players is  a different question.

Have we got an update on the status of the squad I.e. injuries and when they are due back?

I would bring Tonks back put Dion in centre get rid of young lad from Rochdale. Hopefully Holliday, Dixon be back for next week. If Bulman isn’t injured ask Barrow for a loan 😂

Barrow recalled him. He played for them yesterday.

The club have issued the following statement on social media…….

Whitehaven RLFC BOD Communication.

As most of you are probably aware, the number of people on the Board has significantly decreased over the last 12 months. With the recent resignation of Gary Eilbeck as an active board member, after many years of dedicated service, it has left us with limited people and time to run a semi professional rugby league club. At the shareholders meeting in February, a request was made for any volunteers who could help the board to come forward. So far, we have had very little response. The Board would like to firstly invite any shareholders who feel they can help the board carrying out different roles and tasks to support the day to day and weekly running of the club. More information will be given to anyone who expresses an interest. If any shareholders feel they can help, please email admin@whitehavenrl.co.uk we will then arrange a meeting to discuss the options. Thank you. Whitehaven RLFC BoD

They need help. We all heard the rumours that people were waiting to come in if Gary left. He has and where are they? Now is the time for people to step up and help the club.

Hopefully a good few Top fans step up and help the club out. We have some tremendous fans who have the backing of hundreds of loyal subscribers to help the club out in times of need. Surely a few representatives of the fans groups can step up. Come on our club needs us now. I’m a shift worker so I rule myself out like before anyone says put your name forward.
