rumour or truth?

i would have thought calvert would be one to be glad to see the back of DITHERHAM and his lack of an expansive gameplan.

he must realise if he went to town he would be playing under the same kind of gameplan as he did at haven!

remember that DITHERHAM thought the idea of kicking deep from a scrum for calvert to chase was too "high risk"

Another post about players leaving. There are two responses:

If it is a rumour with no grounding whatsoever then what is the point of this post, or

If he does want to go then let him go. If we are having a clear out then let whoever wants to go, go. We only want players who have pride in playing for HAVEN.

END!!!!

on the evidence of the last season or so we wont have many left then, cause i didnt see alot of pride in most performances

like you say, if anyone wants to leave haven then let them go, no use offering them daft money to stay if they dont want to.

If he wants to go then we should let him, he's not irreplaceable.
Why would he want to drop a division anyway, it says alot for his ambition.
Fair enough if Town were in our division but they aren't.

If Town manage to get a decent team together then they could win quite a number of games in NL2 which means winning money on a regular basis.   Perhaps that could be a reason!!!!

Keith,

That has got to be the worst wind up on this board since Henry Paul was seen in Gallaghers looking the place over.

Its contract talks time and all he is doing is trying to get a better deal from Haven. A bit like that prop last year Budgie from Town LOL

I heard a rumour that the entire team is signing for Town as they can't face not playing for him

See you in the NR cup

Monte

If anything he would sign for anougher NL1 team, cant see him wanting to drop down a div to NL2 ( too good for that level)

Such good mates Carl Sice broke his hand on Calverts face. Earlier on in the day Calvert had also had a smack off Trindall and Flapper during the clubs end of season drinking sesh.

I wouldnt miss Calvert one bit, hes got an attitude problem and gives away more tris than he scores. FACT.

Here we go again, people making up stories. Calvert and Sicey did have a fight and Sicey has broke his wrist. Both are mates now. God knows where the crack about Trindall and Flapper come from. People need to get facts straight before calling the players!!!    ::) :-[ :P
