Okay...I give.

I've spent all yesterday and today with our counsel trying to press Tenon into immediate action...

..and I view the forum and it is just disheartening.

The problems being experienced are not the result of the actions of any proposed new Board. Their funds are in place, all paperwork has been processed, it is simply a debacle on behalf of either the administrators or the Revenue department. I still haven't been able to get clarification regarding that issue.

I've just been battling to get this done. It is obvious that this isn't enough. So I make an offer. Would any of the numerous fans that come on this forum please gather together and provide me with a proposal that includes investment to keep the Rugby League in Haven. Not "bonds", but a true proposal. I would be more than happy to say "Okay".

I'll continue to put force on Tenon regarding curing their problem...I won't abandon that issue...but between battling Tenon trying to secure the future, and individuals on this board, I'm feeling black and blue.

So, please, give me an opportunity to hand over my efforts. It should realistically only take two or three supporters. If it takes more that's fine, but please, just gather together and take the responsibility from me.

My email address is jdraaz@hotmail.com.. Don't hesitate to contact me regarding your proposals. I will be more than happy to provide information received with what I understand short-term operating costs to be, etc.. I can promise you my support through attendance at games, buying of lottery tickets, etc., etc.. I truly care about this team.

I just can't take "this". It makes it too hard while I'm trying to fight the good fight on the other side. I'm beaten.
Mrs Razz,

It is just a shame Mr Razz does not share your view and TRULY CARED ABOUT THE TEAM...WHEN HE APPOINTED AND EXTENDED A VERY UNPOPULAR CHOICE OF COACHES CONTRACT.

Yes I am a Whitehaven fan

groundhog day

Mr's Raaz contact our Copeland Member of Parliament Jamie Reid and ask him to intercede on the behalf of the Club he may have some influence with the Tax man.

Knowitall

MP's do not have the clout that they once had, are you forgetting the expenses scandal that rocked the whole of Parliment.

AT the supporters trust meeting tonight, they said it was a admin error and everything was still going to go through early next week.

Who said it was an admin error?
Was there a Judge present at this meeting who confirmed this or is this just another on a long list of blatent lies by the board

We had Karl there who confirmed he had spoke to Dick and advised it was an admin error and also a lady from the Supporters Trust group who has spoke to the RFL and they also confirmed its just a error and expect us to go into admin next week and back out shortly after that.

Enough already please.

As anyone who bothered to attend the meeting tonight will know already; the mistake has been made by the administrators. This was confirmed by the RFL's legal office via Supporters Direct's representative Laura Harrison.

Mr Raaz, Mrs Raaz, Ralph Calvin and Michael Woods -- and Cath Giel and Tim Knowles while we are at it -- have been 100 per cent absolved of any blame, and that isn't them saying that, its the RFL.

Why on earth people are having a go at JD or Dick is beyond me. We are setting up a supporters trust to work with the new BOD and both Mr and Mrs Raaz have agreed to every single request we have made of them; be that for an incentive, ie shares in the future, for information on the current situation or for anything else. So far they have asked for nothing in return.

These people have ploughed tens upon tens of thousands of pounds into the club -- a club which they don't own yet, and which if certain people on here have their way they'll never own -- and still people find fault and pull them up on every last thing. Is West Cumbria really so backward looking that it can't cope with someone who has a different back ground and welcome them?

The way things stand at present we have one option if we want professional RL in Whitehaven, and through our own stupidity and childishness we are in danger of losing it.  If Fred Story or John Stobbart or Richard Branson or anyone else for that matter had wanted to buy Whitehaven the administration was well publicised and they had a chance to bid, and as a supporters' trust we said publicly several times that we wanted to hear from anyone. Nobody came forward other than Mr and Mrs Raaz.

For god's sake lets all grow up and look to the future, not rake over the past time and time and time again.

Karl Connor. (I don't mind signing my name.)

karl - thank you for the first common sense post on here all day. I get the feeling that anyone from past distington would get nowhere with some of the clots on here. it's anti american and frenzied stupidity. god knows why the raaz's are doing what they are doing - they must be crazy. I just hope our main sponsors aren't reading this hatred - they would be amazed

I don't understand what is going on here.

I AM a Raaz supporter, and believe he has done everything possible to secure the future of the club. God only knows why, given the small minded, no knowledge, make it up as we go along, no financial input nutters who post on here.

Some of us take a more positive and supportive view, because that's the only view to secure the clubs future.

I too have been disgusted, (again), by many of the negative posts on here over the past 2-3 days. Posts by people who know NOTHING, but take great comfort in inventing things.

I am NOT Boxer, and do think he has gone a bit over the top in his town comments, but I do support him in his general comments on the uninformed attack on Raaz and other BOD members.

However, I have to say Mrs Raaz, (who I continue to support), your recent posts have been too obscure and coded to be of benefit to your cause, and I do wish you had accepted my advice to stop posting, given 2-3 weeks ago.

Additionally, the easiest way, ( Dick Raaz), to stop all of the circumstantial stuff, is to keep people, (supporters), informed. The last 2-3 days have been a disaster on your part.

Raaz's I still support your efforts, but ......................................................................

Seems to me there wasn't many people who post on this site at the meeting , they would have knew all this instead of criticizing anyone who tries to help us .
