Tonight's meeting of the ST (8.30 at the Recre) is for the steering group and is not a public meeting like the ones we have previously held -- apologies if I've caused any confusion.
My plea in my latest update was so that anyone else who wants to be on the steering group comes along, because lots of people have said they want to and or nominated people who then haven't turned up to subsequent meetings, and Supporters Direct are putting some pressure on us to close the steering group to new members until after the trust is legally formed. For that reason after tonight the steering group will be basically whoever comes tonight until after we are formed and have taken memberships, because legally that has to happen before we can have elections.
So please feel free to attend, but only if you are volunteering for a post on the steering group -- and apologies again for the confusion.
