Who does the forum members want to draw in the next round of the Challenge Cup?

Personally id like a NL2 / lower NL1 side at home and then a money spinner against a SL side should we win the previous game.

A big gate at home or away (the gate receipts are split 50/50) would go a long way to funding the stand the BOD keep harping on about. Or would the money disappear down the Recreation plug hole as alot of money seems to have done?

Oh well, we can always hope.  :P

bad weather
poor recent form (well it's picked up but still.... Barrow  :-\ )
poor/average opposition
meaningless games
lack of a feel-good factor (e.g. new stand)

possibly

I would love to draw a big side like saints or wigan but on the other hand it would also be gd if we drew a national leauge side then we would have more chance of progressing further :)

P.S i would like 2 see how many part timers would come out if we drew a SL side  ::)
We've got this place rocking now girls !!! ;)

If it's a girl they're naming her Sigourney after an actress, if it's a boy the 're naming him Rodney after Dave

I  would  like  a  winnable  game  and  Town  at  home  would  be  perfect.  If  we  get  a  team  like  Saints  OK  its  a  good  payday  but  thats  were  it  ends.

If  we  can  get  an  easy  tie  followed  by  another  winnable  game  then  your  into  the  last  8.  Look  what  happenned  the  last  time  we  got  to  the  QF...... :)

I reckon Widnes at home!
50 years ago this week Whitehaven was buzzing as Haven took on Widnes at a freezing cold Rec and won the tie 7-0 to qualify for the famous/infamous SF at Odsal--history to repeat itself ?
Karl Connor will be re-visiting that event in his "50 years ago this week" in The Whitehaven News.
