Yeah widnes are a lot stronger this year not sure who the 2 props will be warrington have recalled the two lads they had on loan. No one is being negative just realistic in my opinion. Personally im looking forward to the season and hope we can do what we did to cas last time!

Still bleeting about Wilkes marra. Build a bridge and get over it.  He wanted to go so whats the point in forcing a player to stay.  If we had kept him would McAvoy be getting his chance or is Wilkes better than him?  Khoe love would still be in super league if he was any good just another journeyman grabbing a pension. If they are signing 2 props very soon then they cant be much cop if they havent got a club this close to the start of the season.

richard fletcher didnt have a club 4 weeks ago does the same apply to him cant be much cop because he didnt have a club  ;)

as for mcavoy yes he would be getting a chance as he would be playing in his best position in wich everybody knows is centre except dr who seems to love him playing second row even though he is a centre  ::)

yes id stil like wilkes and leafa here as they were both excellent players wilkes maybe did want to go but im sure when wigan made it clear he wouldnt be there anymore if the club had given him a job at sellafield or doing the development job and a full time wage he would have come back same with mark leafa

Fletcher had a club but due to some cock up it fell through and Cas could'nt take him back as they were up to the salary cap limit.  DR was made aware that he was available and we got him.  The club cant give anyone a job they dont own sellafeild.  Wilkes went to wigan and then decided to go to Widnes rather than come to Haven-his choice not the clubs. How many developement jobs do you think the club has?  Baynes was the developement officer before Wilkes even signed for Haven.

well champ ive been told by numerous players bamber isnt the only lad who does the development job

ive been told matty bamber gary daisy are the main ones with sice and calvert helping out when off work

as for fletcher he was released at the end of the sl season cas never offerd him a contract for the salary cap he then went and played rugby union for a team in hull and was signed 4 weeks ago for whitehaven now you said players who dont have clubs up to now cant be much cop so does the same apply for fletch??
