Did anyone hear the Radio Cumbria interview Wednesday Morning with League Express Editor Martin Sadler primarily to discuss the Great Cumbria performance in the RL 9s.
Not surprisingly talk got round to Super league etc , and Martin commented that the recent problems over the World Cup were regretable but also that "CBC leader Elaine Woodburn doesn't Know much about Rugby League".
Dear right Martin ! and who has suffered due to that ?Whitehaven RLFC and its supporters . The involvement of CBC with the club since 2008 has been toxic , and we are still suffering for it .
The whole Administration should hang their heads in shame, I understand a Ex Haven Director is currently challenging the Councils dealing with the Club , and I await the outcome of this with interest ,when hopefully those responsible will be named and shamed in a most public way
