Aaron had guts, determination and enthusiasm in abundance. If he could instill them qualities into some of the youngsters then it would be worth a try. But would it destabilise the plans that Seedsy has for taking the club forward? Two strong willed characters might clash. I suppose at the end of the day Seedy doesn't need us fans to help him select his coaching support staff, he will be aware of weaknesses in the structure and he will be judged eventually on how he deals with them.
