Can't fault the thinking Random it provides first of all incentivisation i.e. the better the team play the more spectators come through the gate hence the more you collectively earn as a team. The distribution of that money would be similar to a pay scale similar to that of any major employer. It provides competition within the squad to be promoted to the next pay scale. But more importantly it would be sustainable and would exercise financial control which has obviously been missing in the past. Good idea.
